Make
Make (formerly Integromat) is the visual scenario builder with more branching and data transformation than early Zapier. Europeans and power users often prefer it. HTTP modules and the Make API help agents, but the canvas is still the human product. We use the current name.
Zapier
Zapier is the no-code integration fabric: Zaps, Tables, Interfaces, and now agents that run the same connectors. Humans who are not engineers automate Gmail-to-Slack here. Developer Platform and REST let agents create and run Zaps, but the soul of the product is the visual.
